We want you to love your organic essentials, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
